I was stopped at a traffic light and the car coming up behind me ran into the back of my car. He said that his water bottle had fallen over and he was reaching for it when he looked up it was too late and he hit me. Both cars were totaled and it jarred and wrenched my back. I felt sorry for him when his wife and kids came to pick him up. We exchanged information with each other and later that day I called his insurance company. When I finally got through to them a few days later they told me that they would get to it when they had time and basically treated me like dirt. I decided to call Lerner & Rowe and see if they could help me. Once I called them I was told that they would take care of everything for me and they did. They handled all of my medical expenses without anything from me, contacted the other driver’s insurance company and handled all of the paper work.
