I was stopped at a traffic light and the car coming up behind me ran into the back of my car. He said that his water bottle had fallen over and he was reaching for it when he looked up it was too late and he hit me. Both cars were totaled and it jarred and wrenched my back. I felt sorry for him when his wife and kids came to pick him up. We exchanged information with each other and later that day I called his insurance company.
