Kimberly was outstanding with assisting me through this process! She would call or send me emails to let me know what was going on or if any additional information was needed. In addition, Edward was amazing. He wanted to make sure that I received the most money possible and he was in consistent contact. I was very satisfied with how my case was handled. Jacque was very helpful answering all my questions & returning my calls in a timely manner. When my case was settled, Heather made sure she explained how all the payouts were being done. My only suggestion would be to provide more guidance on property claims as they don’t handle them.
