I was very satisfied with how my case was handled. Jacque was very helpful answering all my questions & returning my calls in a timely manner. When my case was settled, Heather made sure she explained how all the payouts were being done. My only suggestion would be to provide more guidance on property claims as they don’t handle them. Overall, it was a good experience with the Gilbert staff. -Rocio H.
