Buckeye Rollover Crash Injures 3, Closes Freeway

Buckeye, AZ (July 13th,2018) – I-10 reopened hours after a serious rollover crash early Friday morning in Buckeye. The westbound lanes of I-10 were closed near Verrado Way, from the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Two SUVs crashed. However, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, in one, the occupants where uninjured. The other SUV rolled, and three people received injuries and one of them was even ejected from their vehicle.

The driver, a male, remains in serious condition while the other two injured passengers, female, are currently in stable condition.

Traffic was diverted to Verrado Way for a detour, passing on the emergency shoulder near the crash, specifically milepost 119. The eastbound lanes were unaffected.
