Xiufang Wu was transported to Advocate Condell Medical Center where she died
Libertyville, IL. – 70-year-old Xiufang Wu died after being struck by a car in Libertyville on Sunday night.
According to the Libertyville Police Department, the accident happened around 8:24 p.m. on Route 176 at Fourth Avenue.
A Honda Pilot was traveling westbound on Route 176 when it struck Wu near the intersection at Fourth Street.
The Libertyville woman was transported to Advocate Condell Medical Center where she died.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
