Clay County, FL – A woman was killed in a collision between two vehicles in Clay County on Monday afternoon, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The incident took place at about 4:30 p.m. on State Road 21, just north of Dade Road.
A pickup truck was traveling northbound on SR 21 when it drifted into the southbound side and collided head-on with an oncoming SUV.
The 72-year-old Gainesville woman driving the SUV died in the accident.
No further details were released.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
