31 of our team members will be walking in the Phoenix JDRF One Walk in support of Kira, a 15-year-old girl who was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes (T1D) at the age of 4 1/2 on the Kira’s Cure Bears.
Kira’s Cure Bears
Currently there is no cure for T1D and there is no way to prevent the disease. This year the Phoenix chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund hopes to raise $939,124 for life-changing research for the millions affected by this devastating disease. Lerner and Rowe proudly supports her team, the Kira’s Cure Bears.
