Paula my case manager took my calls when she was off the clock. It was impressive working with Stephanie Smith. She really explained the issues she was having with HMS and FRG and made me feel comfortable even though I did not get the answer I wanted. Colby followed up and sat down with me to explain everything and took a lot of my calls.
