Lerner and Rowe did a good job. Some things could have been handled a little better but overall the experience was painless and Araceli Pardo my case manager ROCKED!!! Above and beyond is all I can say. Without her I may have had a bad experience. Jesse Gran was also helpful especially when I found out I had not heard from my attorney because he no longer worked there, which would have been nice to know before I wrapped up my business with them.
