Wow, what can I say? I am so happy with my experience at Lerner & Rowe. Everyone was so kind, patient and explanatory (sometimes it takes me a while to “get it”). My accident was horrifying. I was stopped in traffic during rush hour when we were plowed from behind by a huge Buick. Being so shaken up, I didn’t want to go anywhere. Brian Stowers came to me and kindly listen to what happened and signed me up. He must deal with freaked out people right after an accident all the time since he was so patient. Soon after, my case was assigned to Donna Mazia. She was thorough, down to earth and down right funny. She was like talking to an old friend rather than a stuffy law firm. She made me feel very relaxed and well taken care of. When it came down to settling the case, Marc Grossman maximized my settlement. I was a little anxious by the end of my case since I still hadn’t caught up from missing work at the beginning. Mr. Grossman was very understanding and patient.

He was so knowledgeable and caring, it made me feel so much better. When Mr. Grossman settled my case, Susana worked hard to get the most out my settlement and Melanie took the time to explain everything to me in a way I completely understood. Bottom line, I’m not an attorney. They were knowledgeable and were patient enough to explain things in words I understood. Lerner & Rowe is a group of people that treats people like human beings, understands that being in an accident is not only stressful in the beginning, but through to the end. I will forever tell everyone of my wonderful experience there.

Jason showed the highest level of patience. I’m very analytical and so had many questions and he took the extra step to advise me to always feel free to contact him directly.

When I did, and if he was available, he always took my calls and I didn’t feel like I had to rush to get my questions in–he didn’t make me feel like he didn’t have time for me.

I was so prepared going into Bankruptcy court that the Trustee had no questions and I had no items that required follow-up (not the case with the people in front of me).

I couldn’t have had better experience by Jason as well as his firm (especially, I’d like to thank the legal assistant Tracey M. she was not only patient but extremely knowledgeable which made me feel confident in my decision to go with them).
