Donna was nice and easy to work with. It was my impression that the work process could have been more timely, I doubt that it is Donna’s fault, however. It is a matter of follow-up & doctor’s offices, insurance and so on. Those entities operate at whatever pace suits them. Pushing them to provide needed documentation would have expedited the completion of my case. Much of that “pushing” was done by me on behalf of Lerner & Rowe. – B. Andrews
