Monica Hernandez is my case manager she was great a communicator and had answers to all of my questions even though she didn’t have an answer for me at the moment. Theresa Hernandez was the accountant she was very persistent to make sure I received funds that I was not even expecting!!!! Araceli 99% of the time was available at the office. If I had multiple questions she answered every one of them at the time of the returned phone call, usually the same day!
