I was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of everyone connected to my case. My case manager Araceli was especially helpful in explaining the ins and outs of dealing with insurance agents in a personal injury case. Even though my case dealt with a small claim, the attorney and Araceli treated me like I was getting a million bucks!
