Randy AR Dayes IV

Randy A.R. Dayes IV represents individuals and families in a wide range of personal injury matters, including wrongful death, auto, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, pedestrian injuries, dog bites, and premises liability claims. Since becoming licensed in 2023, he has negotiated millions in settlements and served as lead counsel in a trucking trial. 

He earned his law degree on scholarship from the University of Oregon School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics with a minor in Management from Brigham Young University.

Born in Utah and raised in Arizona, he served a two-year mission in Barcelona, Spain. He is fluent in Spanish and has a basic proficiency in Catalan.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young sons, traveling, serving others in his church, playing soccer, and cheering on his favorite team, F.C. Barcelona.
