The accident took place on 16th Avenue and Camelback Road at about 8:30 a.m. April 10.
According to the report, a man was walking across Camelback Road outside of the crosswalk when he was hit by a vehicle.
The man was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The accident led to the closure of Camelback Road as authorities investigated the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
