Police said a female pedestrian was walking on the roadway when she was hit by a westbound traffic.

Eustis, FL. – A woman was killed after a pedestrian accident on Wednesday afternoon in Eustis, according to the Eustis Police Department.
The accident occurred at about 1:20 p.m. on March 18 on Orange Avenue at Ohio Boulevard.
Police said a female pedestrian was walking on the roadway when she was hit by a westbound traffic.
The woman was taken to Advent Health Waterman where she died.
An investigation by the Eustis Police Department Traffic Homicide Investigation Unit with the assistance of Mount Dora Police Department is underway.
