Police said a Honda CR-V and a box truck collided for reasons still under investigation.

Ormond Beach, FL. – A woman was killed, a male driver injured following a fatal collision on Monday afternoon in Ormond Beach, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at around 1:42 p.m. on northbound Interstate 95 near mile marker 72, just south of the U.S. Highway 1 in Ormond Beach.
Police said a Honda CR-V and a box truck collided for reasons still under investigation.
A Honda female passenger was declared dead at the crash site while the male Honda driver suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The box truck driver stayed at the scene and was not transported for medical treatment.
The names of the victims were not immediately released.
No additional information regarding this crash was provided.
All the northbound lanes of the freeway were blocked following the crash.
The roadway was reopened by 6:30 p.m.
An investigation is underway.
