Troopers said a 16-year-old boy from Plant City lost control of His Honda Civic on the west road and crashed into a concrete barrier wall, spun into the travel lanes and collided with a Toyota Corolla.

Tampa, FL. – A woman was killed after a multi-vehicle accident late Sunday night in Florida, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The deadly collision occurred a while before 11:00 p.m. on August 24, on eastbound I-4 near U.S. 301.
Troopers said a 16-year-old boy from Plant City lost control of His Honda Civic on the west road and crashed into a concrete barrier wall, spun into the travel lanes and collided with a Toyota Corolla.
The Toyota driver, a 20-year-old woman from Orlando, alighted from her vehicle and was hit by a Toyota Camry operated by a 24-year-old Lakeland man.
The woman was declared dead at the crash site.
I-4 lanes were blocked following the collision. All lanes were reopened for the Monday morning rush.
An investigation is underway.
