Phoenix, AZ. – A woman was killed after a traffic collision Friday morning in Phoenix, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
The fatal crash occurred just after 8:00 a.m. on June 25 near 35th Avenue and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard intersection.
Officials said the woman was heading south on 35th Avenue when her vehicle possibly hit debris in the road causing her to lose control, hit a light pole and a boulder before rolling over.
The woman was declared dead at the scene.
Authorities did not know whether impairment played a role in the accident.
