One person was pronounced dead at the scene
Washoe County, NV. – One person was killed in a car crash on Sunday morning in Washoe County.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the crash happened on State Route 431 near Mt. Rose Summit at around 8:57 a.m.
A vehicle heading west on SR 431 crossed into the eastbound travel lane for unknown reasons and crashed into another vehicle.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The decedent was not immediately identified.
More details about the accident were not released.
