A pedestrian was struck by a tractor-trailer on the westbound on-ramp
Vail, AZ. – One person was killed in a pedestrian accident on Wednesday morning in Vail, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The fatal accident happened at around 5:04 a.m. near Interstate 10 and Marsh Station Road.
Authorities said a pedestrian was struck by a tractor-trailer on the westbound on-ramp.
The roadway was closed for a while to allow for on-scene investigation.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
