The man was riding a motorcycle westbound on Valencia when he collided with a 2002 Subaru Legacy

Tucson, AZ. – The man who was injured in a motorcycle accident last Thursday in Tucson has died, according to the police.
The accident happened around 3:00 p.m. on October 23, at the intersection of East Valencia Road and South Columbus Boulevard.
The man was riding a 2007 Kawasaki motorcycle westbound on Valencia when he collided with a 2002 Subaru Legacy that was turning left from eastbound Valencia onto northbound Columbus.
The impact pushed the Subaru into another vehicle that was stopped at the light.
The man was taken to Banner University Medical Center, where he died on October 27.
He was wearing a helmet but did not have a valid driver’s license or motorcycle endorsement.
Officers found illegal drugs in the man’s possession.
The Subaru driver, a 23-year-old man, was not impaired.
Police are investigating the accident.
