Carroll County, IL. – 62-year-old Teresa Kesling was injured following an off-road vehicle crash on Monday in Delphi, Carroll County.
According to the Indiana Conservation Officers, the accident happened on July 21, near County Road 900 North and Meridian Road.
Officials said 67-year-old Randall Kesling of Delphi was driving a side-by-side ORV when he lost control of the vehicle and rolled over.
Kesling was ejected from the vehicle and he sustained minor injuries.

The two patients were not wearing helmets and only Randall had worn his seatbelt.
