Goodyear, AZ. – A teenager was injured in a pedestrian accident in Goodyear on Monday morning, according to the police.
The accident happened at around 8:00 a.m. on Yuma Road just east of Sarival Avenue.
Police said the teenager, a Desert Edge High School student, was struck by a car in unclear circumstances.
The man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The car driver stayed at the scene after the accident.
Impairment was not a factor in the accident.
Police are investigating the accident.
