Sullivan County, IN. – Tammy Samm, 50, has been identified as the woman who died in a car accident near Shelburn in Sullivan County on Sunday morning.

According to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 10:40 a.m. in the 1000 block of County Road 650 North.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision.

Samm, a resident of Jasonville, was trapped in a car and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.

Luke Passmore, 24, from Shelburn, was the driver of the second car and sustained minor injuries.

More details about the accident were not released.
