According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash occurred on US 2 and Colbert near Carney Road at around 3:40 p.m.
The motorcyclist was riding northbound on Newport Highway when he collided with a pickup truck with a horse trailer that was turning left.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
