Yorkville, IL. – Several people were hospitalized after being injured in a collision involving three vehicles on Thursday evening in Yorkville.
According to the Bristol Kendall Fire Protection District, the accident happened around 9:15 p.m. in the area of Route 71 and Eldamain Road.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision. One of the vehicles overturned onto its roof after the collision.
Four ambulances were called to the scene and several people were transported to area hospitals for treatment of serious injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
