The 20-year-old woman was facing charges of vehicular assault

Seattle, WA. – Three people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in South Seattle early Sunday morning, according to the WSP.
The collision occurred around about 3:20 a.m. on March 8, on Interstate 5 northbound near Spokane Street.
WSP said a 20-year-old woman was driving her car when she lost control and hit two other cars.
The woman, another 66-year-old woman and an 11-year-old girl in another car, were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The driver of the third car was uninjured in the accident.
The 20-year-old woman was facing charges of vehicular assault.
Driving under the influence and speeding were a factor in the accident.
The accident closed northbound I-5 for over three and a half hours.
The WSP is investigating the accident.
