Peoria, AZ – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after colliding with a vehicle at an intersection in Peoria Saturday night, according to Peoria Police Dept.
The accident happened at about 9:15 p.m. on June 7 at the intersection of 99th and Northern avenues.
Police said the crash involved a motorcycle, a Glendale Police cruiser, and another vehicle.
Investigators said a vehicle made a turn in front of the rider, leading to the crash. The rider then crashed into the Glendale PD cruiser and was ejected.
The motorcyclist was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
No one else was injured in the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
