Phoenix, AZ – A man in his 40s was killed early Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident in Phoenix, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The deadly accident happened around 2:30 a.m., May 27, near State Route 74 and New River Road.
Police said a motorcycle was involved in a single-vehicle accident.
The motorcycle and the rider went off the roadway after the accident.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
Speed was a factor in the accident.
The accident remains under investigation.
