Troopers said a Toyota truck was trying to pass a Chevrolet truck in a non-passing zone. The truck crashed into an oncoming Subaru SUV. The Tacoma turned and stopped in the eastbound lane while the SUV spun into the westbound lane where it struck the Chevrolet truck and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle traveling behind it.

Zephyrhills, FL. – A motorcyclist was killed and three others injured after a traffic collision on Saturday evening in Zephyrhills, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred a while before 7:30 p.m. on March 6, on Chancey Road, east of Yonkers Boulevard.

The Tacoma turned and stopped in the eastbound lane while the SUV spun into the westbound lane where it struck the Chevrolet truck and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle traveling behind it.
A fifth vehicle, a Honda motorcycle, was unable to avoid the collision but lost control and rolled over in the eastbound lane.
The Harley-Davidson rider, a 51-year-old man from Zephyrhills, was transported to a local hospital where he died.
The SUV driver, a 62-year-old man from Bell, Florida, suffered severe injuries while his 62-year-old female passenger was not hurt in the collision.
The Chevrolet truck driver, a 55-year-old woman from Zephyrhills and the 27-year-old Zephyrhills man riding the Honda motorcycle sustained minor injuries.
The Toyota driver, identified as a male illegal immigrant, sustained minor injuries due to the collision. The man did not have a valid driver’s license and had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.106.
He was arrested and booked on charges of DUI manslaughter, driving without a license causing death and several additional DUI-related charges involving injury and property damage. He was taken to the Pasco County Jail.
