Police said a motorcycle was heading southeast on Rand Road and was approaching Henry Street when it crashed into a Subaru SUV on Rand Road.
Mount Prospect, IL. – A 20-year-old Des Plaines man was killed after a motorcycle accident on Saturday night in Mount Prospect, according to the Mount Prospect Police.
The accident occurred at about 10:01 p.m. on June 20, on Rand Road, also known as Route 12, near Henry Street.
Police said a motorcycle was heading southeast on Rand Road and was approaching Henry Street when it crashed into a Subaru SUV on Rand Road.
The rider was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge where he was declared dead.
Further details concerning the collision were not released.
The incident remains under investigation.
