Queen Creek, AZ. – A bicyclist was killed in a collision with a car in Queen Creek on Thursday night, according to local authorities.
The bicycle accident happened just before midnight on November 27 near Combs and Gantzel Roads.
The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
Police said the bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities noted that neither speed nor impairment appears to have contributed to the crash.
The identity of the bicyclist has not been released as police work to notify next of kin.
