Phoenix, AZ. – One person was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident on Thursday morning in Phoenix, according to the AZDPS.
The accident was reported around 5:15 a.m. on the 35th Avenue on-ramp to westbound Loop 101 (Agua Fria Freeway).
Troopers said a person was struck by a car at a construction zone on the on-ramp.
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
