According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened on US-19 at Maryland Avenue.
A silver mid-sized SUV was traveling northbound on US-19 and was making a left turn when it struck a Suzuki motorcycle that was heading southbound.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
