Las Vegas, NV. – An electric scooter rider was injured in a crash on Thursday morning in Paradise.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the crash occurred around 9:30 a.m. on Flamingo Road at Burnham Avenue, just west of Eastern Avenue.
A car struck the electric scooter rider at the intersection in unclear circumstances, the police said.
The rider was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver did not show any signs of impairment and stayed on the scene.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
