According to Nevada Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Charleston Park Avenue and Happy Lane at around 6:15 p.m.
A sedan was traveling eastbound Charleston Park Avenue when it hit a pedestrian.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
