Lynnwood, WA – A motorcycle rider was killed in a traffic accident that happened in Lynnwood on Tuesday night, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
The wreck occurred in the 12300 block of Beverly Park Road at about 11:14 p.m. on July 1.
According to the report, a Jeep turning onto Beverly Park Road from a parking lot entered the path of a motorcyclist and was struck by the bike on its left front side.
The rider, a 46-year-old man, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities reported that speed is suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The collision remains under investigation.
