Nazariy Ilchuk was driving the overturned car and was taken to Harborview Medical Center
Concrete, WA. – Nazariy Ilchuk, 25, was injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Concrete last week Sunday.
The accident happened around 7 p.m. on Highway 20 near milepost 91, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident. The impact of the collision sent a car off the roadway where it struck a tree, overturned, and came to rest on its roof.
Ilchuk was driving the overturned car and was taken to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
