The deputy was taken to the hospital, where he was evaluated and released

Marshall County, IN. – A deputy was injured after an unlicensed driver crashed into a police cruiser on Monday morning in Marshall County.
According to Indiana State Police, the crash happened at U.S. 31 and U.S. 30 near 13th Road at around 7:30 a.m.
A Chevrolet driven by a 30-year-old man lost control and sideswiped a Marshall County police cruiser parked near the inside shoulder. The deputy was inside the car at the time of the crash.
The deputy was taken to the hospital, where he was evaluated and released.
The 30-year-old driver was arrested for operating without a valid driver’s license.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
