According to the Miami Police Department, the traffic collision occurred just before 7 p.m. at the intersection of SW 21 Avenue and SW 19 Street near Shenandoah Park.

Miami, FL – A man was killed and two other people were hospitalized after a three-vehicle collision at an intersection in Miami Tuesday evening.

According to the Miami Police Department, the traffic collision occurred just before 7 p.m. at the intersection of SW 21 Avenue and SW 19 Street near Shenandoah Park.

Reports revealed that a male driver was driving erratically after being involved in another crash when it struck a man before crashing into an unoccupied car and an ice cream truck with a woman inside.

After the incident, the driver tried to walk away but was held by the people inside the park.

The man, who was struck, died at the scene.

The driver and the woman from the ice cream truck were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital for treatment.

The name and the age of the deceased was not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
