Fire officials said a Jeep rolled over for reasons still under investigation.

Huntley, IL. – A man was severely injured after a single-car accident on Wednesday afternoon in northwest suburban Huntley, according to the Huntley Fire Protection District.
The accident happened on Route 47 and Foster Road around 4 p.m. on May 27.

The driver was ejected from the vehicle following the crash.
The driver and the only person in the car was found in the road near the Jeep.
The male driver sustained critical injuries and was rushed to Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital helipad via ambulance. He was later flown to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville with critical life-threatening injuries.
No additional information concerning this crash was released.
An investigation by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office is underway.
