The driver of the Chevrolet was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead

Harney County, OR. – A 91-year-old man was killed in a two-vehicle collision Monday evening in Harney County, according to Oregon State Police.
The fatal accident occurred at around 4:30 p.m. October 20 on Highway 20 near milepost 144.
OSP said a Chevrolet Tahoe was entering the highway from Rattlesnake Road when it was struck on its driver’s side door and front fender by a westbound Freightliner commercial motor vehicle and trailer.
The 91-year-old driver of the Chevrolet was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Freightliner was uninjured.
According to the report, the highway was compacted for around four hours to allow on-scene investigations.
