Phoenix, AZ – One of the four people who were critically injured following a two-vehicle crash at a Phoenix intersection Friday evening is dead, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

Phoenix, AZ – Four people were injured, three of them critically, following a two-car collision at a Phoenix intersection Friday evening

The major collision happened at 78th Avenue and Indian School Road at about 6:45 p.m. on May 9.

Reportedly, three men and a woman were taken to the hospital – three of them in critical condition.

One of the male patients was listed in extremely critical condition.

Drivers were asked to Camelback Road for east-west travel and 75th Avenue for north-south as crews worked to clear the crash scene.

The crash is under investigation.
