The accident happened just before 11:00 a.m. on July 13 at the intersection of Northwest Old Cornelius Pass Road and Cornelius Pass Road.
Washington County, OR – A 55-year-old man was critically injured Sunday morning in a bicycle accident in Washington County, according to the deputies.
The accident happened just before 11:00 a.m. on July 13 at the intersection of Northwest Old Cornelius Pass Road and Cornelius Pass Road.
Deputies said the man rode his bicycle directly into the path of an oncoming vehicle that was traveling in the opposite direction and was hit.
The man was taken to a local trauma center in critical condition.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
