Las Vegas, NV. – A pedestrian was injured after being hit by a vehicle on Saturday evening in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of East Owens Avenue and North Nellis Boulevard at around 8:30 p.m.
A man was crossing Nellis Boulevard in a marked crosswalk against a stop signal and was hit by a Dodge Ram.
The man sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
