According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 10:22 p.m. at the intersection of Frank Sinatra Drive and Reno Avenue.
A 2016 Suzuki GSX-R 750 was traveling northbound in the rightmost lane when the truck turned into its path.
The motorcyclist, a 20-year-old man from Henderson, was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
