Las Vegas, NV. – A 70-year-old man was killed in a car crash on Monday morning in Las Vegas.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the crash happened at the intersection of West Sunset Road and Cimarron Road at around 6:54 a.m.

A 2023 Toyota Corolla reportedly failed to stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection and collided with a 2024 Ram pickup truck traveling east on Sunset Road.

The driver and the passenger of the Toyota were transported to UMC with life-threatening injuries. Police say the 70-year-old male driver eventually succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
