Las Cruces, NM. – A woman died after being hit by a car in Las Cruces on Monday night.
According to the Las Cruces Police Department, the accident happened around 10 p.m. in the 500 block of South Telshor Boulevard.
The 54-year-old woman was walking across Teshor and was struck by a pickup truck.
The woman was taken to the hospital, where she died.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
More details about the accident were not released.
